Massive Xbox bug affecting others

Since 25/12/2024 everyone I load the game on Xbox a black chat bar appears, my save file is gone (continue bar is not pressable), when I tape new game the menu disappears and only shows the background image. I cannot join any games as it gets stuck on the loading screen.

This just happened to me. Is there a way to fix it?

I have the same issue. I've un-installed, deleted all files, system restart, reinstalled twice. Can't even start a new game because it's not showing the menu.

I’ve tried everything still nothing

So i play on xbox series x and i had to sign the agreement again,  since then there is a random search bar that wont go away, when i click on continue game or new game nothing comes up.

Ive tried to delete the game and reinstall it and also tried deleting local data to let it sync with the cloud but both have failed to work. Am i missing something or is this a known bug.

Any help would be appreciated
