Marksman Rifle

Crafting was changed in Ravenhearst to make it more complex.  Are you sure you got everything needed to craft it?  Are you crafting it in the right workstation?

 
I tried to search for it in the search crafting window.. i see all other rifles, including sniper (that i cant make yet) but nothing for marksman rifle.

Also, can some1 tell me where to find carbon? thanks :)
