Mapped Key location

Any idea what file has all the custom key mapping/binding, if one is inclined to do that?  I'm hoping to be able to copy that across for new installs, rather than recreating it every time.  I was assuming it was one of the config files, but looking with a text editor I haven't found anything yet....thought it would be quicker to ask the experts

I believe it's stored in registry keys using hex. You could export the key, but if there are any changes in the new install, it will just get wiped anyway. There have been a couple of times recently where it was wiped because of client changes in the update.
