Making a Rwg_tile that has my hotel on it.

I am trying to place my prefab hotel I placed into a rwg_tile downtown with modifications to the tile itself to fit this hotel . How can I remove or Preset it just to pull my hotel with this particular rwg. I have made a copy of the rwg tile renamed it. so the original is safe. OR better yet remove the poi_spawner that is there to place my hotel as part of the rwg.  the other 3 spots can be random

 
bringing this back up I made my rwg tile. with my hotel. but I can not seem to get it to spawn.       Please point me in the right direction.

yes its set to downtown.  named rwg_tile_downtown_intersection_03.  and  its in the rwg folder.  I know I ran across a video on it but for the life of me I cant find it again.
