Make Tier 6 Rare Again

A19, T6 wasn't absolutely everywhere in gobs. Now you get it so easily and in truckloads. You never lose your equipment, so why make the best equipment you can get so easy and plentiful? If you want more longevity to the game, give people long term goals. It's not even a simplification thing, it's simply keeping the hunt alive.

Well... they "put" weapons and tools into tiers so... T6 will be probaby unique/legendary items to find
