Make battery banks accept 2 power inputs.

Currently Battery Banks only accept 1 power source. It would be great if we could hook up say a solar panel and a generator to a battery bank so you can passively charge your batteries during the day and for those high output moments (ie Horde Night) flip on the generator to help power the rest of the stuff.

I don't think there will be an A18. We'll probably do a beta update and go gold after that. That doesn't mean there won't be some content updates though.
