Madmole is taking the "get off your ass" mantra to a new level. A21 will pair with smartwatches and other wearable devices. Actions in game that expend stamina will only work when your real life heart rate is over 120 bpm.

I vote that he's working on a new encumberment system based on weight so that we can only carry enough blocks to build a small cabin, instead of something like a fully detailed version of the titanic.
Forges, workbenches, and chemistry stations will have a chance of severely injuring you if you don't have the proper clothing/equipment as well as the perks. So that you get a real "sense of personal achievement" when you make that pot and nails w/ only minor injuries. (I'd love to hear something about fish in the water and fishing someday but some more RWG tweaks would be cool.)
Demolisher Vultures (or maybe vultures carrying mini-demolishers in their talons?). They auto trigger when within 5 blocks of the player. Speed increased from default vultures (faster than gyrocopter with supercharger). The skies will never be safe again.
