Lower Progression Multiplier

A simple modlet which lowers the progression multipler from the default 1.0149 to 1.005 as mid to late game levelling is a ridiculous grind. Seems much better after doing a level 120 horde night, though I'd need people on higher levels to test further if this is a good value or not.

This might be useful for earlier game as well to unlock things like the forge and bike faster.
