Loss of progression (LVL, Gamestage, Skills)

Olá.

Primeiro, gostaria de informar que li as regras antes de publicar este tópico. Procurei a resposta no fórum e no google em geral e não consegui encontrar uma solução para o meu caso. Peço desculpas se perdi algo despercebido em minha pesquisa.

Eu estava no 77º dia de ontem, terminei a lua de sangue com aproximadamente 90 LVL e 180 gamestage, com muitas habilidades, livros, XP, etc. Hoje, ao iniciar um novo jogo, tudo estava lá em relação ao mapa, materiais, armas, base, tudo. Exceto meu nível, habilidades, jogo, livros ... tudo isso foi zerado!

Agora, no meu menu, aparece o LVL 1 Game Stage 2 e quase 6.000 zumbis disparam. Os pontos de habilidade não estão lá, não posso realocá-los novamente.

O que posso fazer para corrigi-lo?

First, I would like to inform you that I read the rules before posting this topic. I looked for the answer on the forum and on google in general and I couldn't find a solution for my case. I apologize if I missed something unnoticed in my research.

I was on the 77th day of yesterday, I finished the blood moon with approximately 90 LVL and 180 gamestage, with many skills, books, XP, etc. Today, when starting a new game, everything was there regarding the map, materials, weapons, base, everything. Except my level, skills, game, books ... all this has been reset! Now, in my menu, LVL 1 Game Stage 2 appears and almost 6,000 zombies shoot. The skill points are not there, I cannot relocate them again. What can I do to fix it?
