Does loot re-spawn (if checked in options) apply to cars?

Thank you. Its not a big deal with the 8k map I have in Nitrogen because I went all out and added lots of cities and towns in the options. So I do not need to worry about it too much.

A funny thing happened during trader quests at the same location as other quests you have already done, as soon as you click the yellow "!" cars that you scavenged appear at that location out of nowhere. This happened multiple times but it was a Navezgane map so it might not happen in a random map.

That happens because the POI is reset, and those cars are part of the POI.
