Location of ConfigsDump Folder When Playing on a Server

Is there a thing as ConfigsDump folder in SP?

Because I have been thinking it would be great to have a file that is generated after I have my modlet loaded and modify the values / attributes the base game loads in first.....

Now I am going to hunt for something like this when I get home tonight from work  🤔

Once I went there, I remembered seeing them before; but didn't make the connection as I have just been playing vanilla 7D2D before I recently got in the mood to do some modding.

I don't know why, but seeing those xml files that I can load into Notepad++ and see where my mod is making the changes.......   😁👍👏
