Legendary Weapon Quest Mod Help

I'm new to modding, hopefully this is the right place to post something like this. If not, I'll delete or a moderator can delete, no hard feelings.

Anyways, I feel like the lack of quest mods for A21 is sad. I want some sort of end goal. So, I thought why not add three different legendary weapons - each with their own unique quests to obtain them. Players would only be able to choose one of the quests and one weapon, to make playing with other people an incentive.

The three legendary weapons are:

Excalibur: a machete. Some "nerd" who liked to collect swords left behind his most prized possession; a sword called the Excalibur. It deals 15% more blade damage; it would have bleed and the stun batons stun/electric effect.

Robin's Heart: a m60 with faster reload and a 10% chance to make zombies explode, doing damage to nearby zombies - but not blocks. A woman named Robin fought to protect an orphanage before dying, she was a veteran who stayed behind to protect these kids all of her own volition. Quickly becoming consumed by the hordes. It is said her spirit, her heart, still resides within the weapon.

Zugark's Hunting Bow: Zugark was supposedly one of the greatest hunters to exist in his time, only using a bow as his weapon. He lived out in the woods and would single handedly pick off hordes all on his own... except for when the blood moon hit. Zugark desperately fought against the hordes but was ultimately killed. It was said he was able to use this bow so effectively because of all his extensive knowledge and research of being a hunter his whole life. This bow shoots 30% faster, stealth bonus is 100% more effective and has a chance to stun enemies.

The quests I'll think up another time, however, for now, I'm asking for help to get just the weapons coded into the game. I can find icons/sprite images for the weapons (making my own).

Also, how would I go about adding my own models, what software is best for this?
