Legendary Part Imbalance

Points in armor still affecting Legendary Parts from spawning.

Supposedly Fixed in V2.6 EXP

"Tagging issue that would prevent Legendary Parts from spawning when any armor perk was active"

While not as bad as it was, drops are still affected.

Tested a Savage country 5 times with light armor 4 and 5 times without.

Note: I have the 'Wasteland Treasures' book bonus Find more Legendary Parts.

Results are 5-7 parts without Armor perks
0-3 parts with Light Armor 4

From my experience (2000+hrs) you should never get ZERO Legendary Parts with the Wasteland Treasures book bonus.
(Since it should be at a 10% drop rate).

I know 10 runs isn't a huge sample size but its soo far off I feel it didn't need more than 10 runs - 5 of each.

Reproduction Steps
Read all 7 Wasteland Treasures books - Take all 4 ranks in light armor.
Go to Savage Country and loot all the clothing.
Repeat without any perk points in armor.

Thank you for taking the time to report this issue.

I did some testing with no perks, the perks individually, and then combined, and the results fell within the expected range. I noticed that the parts were tagged as "veryLowDelayed," so they don't start showing up in loot until the player reaches level 15. I used the Level 3 XP skill thingy (yes, thingy, lol) under the dev items to level to 17 prior to running through the loot.

It's also possible that you may have run into some unlucky RNG loot rolls.

We are open to adjusting the probability if needed, but we would like to collect more data before making any of those changes.

Cheers,
Dollie
