Been using your Hybrid LBU since you released it...

How does this differ from the hybrid?

Will you be updating both or is this the new LBU?

TY

Hi ktrain,
The main difference is that in Hybrid LBU you can still use the game's perks and they contribute half for upgrades. e,g, say that the total default stamina usage at perk level 5 is 50%. In hybrid LBU 25% is gained by using the tool/weapon and the other 25% is gained by investing 5 points into the 7DTD tool/weapon perk (e.g. miner69er). You find magazines to increase your ability to make tools/weapons, the probability of finding magazines is controlled by how many levels you have in the 7DTD tool/weapon perk.

In the Full Learn by Use all the stamina (50%) is gained by using the tool/weapon. For all the Full LBU perks, the corresponding default perks (levels 1-5) are removed and the only way to increase the stamina is by using the tool/weapon. All the perk magazines are removed as well, so to craft a level 1 steel pickaxe you would need to get your full LBU perk up to level 60 (out of a hundred, I dont know the exact figure, this is just an example.)

They both are different approaches to Learn by Use and which one you use depends on how you like to play the game. Both will be supported and updated. The both have similar functionality e.,g. extra point when at max level. When I add another perk to the LBU code in the future (e.g. cardio) I will add it to both.

Happy to provide more clarification if needed.
Cheers
