Lagg spikes

I have about 50-60 fps. But somtimes (about 10 times in a game-day) I go to 10-15 fps. If it's a hord-night I go almost the whole night to 10-15 fps. Please help me...

 
Ok, that's FPS drops, not lag spikes. You might want to take a stab at reading the Sticky threads before posting.
