Knocked down zombie becomes sleeper

So, I'm loving the rework the zombies are getting in A17. The way you're not quite sure the zombie has actually been neutralised because there's no definitive "death animation".

As an extension of this, how about having a 25% chance that a zombie will remain dormant indefinitely until you step close enough for it to lash out? This will render the tactic of hanging back and waiting for it to get back up a little bit less reliable.

I like the idea of sleepers or the appearance of death only for them to keep getting up.

as far as distance... shouldnt matter.. let them appear to be neutralized, but then have them get back up would be kinda cool...

like a horror movie villian... maybe a great feature for a Boss or make a "normal" zombie into a boss by this feature...

like starting with 500-1000 hp and every 200-250 HP and it drops and feins death then pops back up to persue the attacker (added hunting time to find the player)
