XBOX Keep getting stuck on "building environment" loading screen

Hi not sure if this is the right place but I keep getting stuck on the "building environment" screen on xbox ever since the 3.0 update

Did you try unplugging your Xbox for 20 minutes then try starting the game again?

Maps that were on 2.6 should work in 3.0
 
I did for like 10 min not the whole 20 lol I didn't know it was 20
The map was originally 2.5 then upgraded to 2.6 then to 3
 
I've had this issue on previous versions if I've logged out close to electrical items such as solar panels, battery banks and turrets and wasn't ever able to recover the save unfortunately. I was forever stuck on building environment after pressing the spawn button, I could hear the goings on in the background but my character would never completely load in.

Yup that's what it does to me. The electrical thing is interesting I have my battery recharging station right by where I usually log out. It did it a couple nights ago and I was finally able to log in so I thought it fixed itself but I guess not. Tomorrow gonna try the "unplug for 20 min" idea someone suggested above, will let you guys know. I did make a copy before I updated (shout out to tfp for making a suggestion prompt)

Yeah I left it unplugged over night so definitely more than 20 min didn't help. Tried switching to multiplayer mode like I saw on reddit that also didn't help. Really hoping to find a fix or tfp addresses the situation cause this sucks lol I love this game
 
Im back in (knock on wood) kinda hit it with a combo of clearing the cache again, deleting save on console again and also 3.01 came out so that's prob what did it. Didn't even see the building environment screen it loaded so fast
