Could anybody tell me if there is an possibility to add recipes with a %-chance of an product? For example: you take 100 sand and get with x% iron, x% nitrade and so on.

no, it not possible..

now can't even get two results for one recipe (without tricks).

Thanks for the advise. I played Undead legacy and WOTW a lot. That inspired me to write my own little "mod" (mostly xml changes).
