Junk turret keeps disappearing

Anyone having this problem. The original turrets are working fine but the junk turrets only seem to stay around for about a day and they disappear. A little help please?

pretty sure you can only have a certain amount of junk turrets at the 1 time. i think 4 any more and the others dissappear. I maybe wrong tho

I don't believe they are really intended to just be left sitting out either. I suppose it's possible they could despawn if you leave the area and the chunk is unloaded.

Is there anything in your output logs about them falling off the world?
