PC Item quality crafting level in A18

What contributes to item crafting quality in A18? it used to be Int in A17, now I cannot find a tooltip anywhere to see how to increase whatever I need to increase to get better crafting quality.

 
Wow, I guess It may be a tough question to ask. Anyway i read the release notes and although i do not like the system i suppose it is based on skills per item type now and not Int.
