Nice test bug report. I'll report a bug in your bug report... "Reproduct Steps" should probably be "Reproduction Steps", though that sounds odd to me. "Steps to Reproduce" sounds better, though it's longer. Either way, "reproduct" isn't a word. 
Of course, if that wasn't generated from a form and you just typed it, then ignore me.

I have to create an addon to have custom fields be a file upload as it isn't supported out of the box. So this will suffice until I can do that.can confirm. I crashed too.
it was a form. and the reproducting steps are required.
also... what do you mean by link to logs there... what link. shouldn't we be able to upload them instead?
otherwise I'd advise you also leave instructions for pastebin or something similar.
