Issues with loading into servers

My friend and I keep creating new servers to play on. After playing on them for a few hours the none server owner gets kicked due to net connection error. They are then not allowed to rejoin the server ever due to creating player issues. We have tried everything we can find on the internet and nothing has worked. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. 

 
Add exclusions in youAdd Exclusions.jpgr AV for the game and save folders. (both of you) Would look roughly like this when your finished.
