is there a way to change the T5 poi's that spawn (weighted)

I've generated a number of worlds now and have noticed the same weighting on the T5 POI's, theres always 5 to 7 of several (grover high, Vanity Tower, US Army Post #7, Ostrich Hotel and Minotaur Theater) and other are all usually 0-3. is there a setting or weight we can use to balance this to mix it up more? is this due to the relative size of each poi?

 
For each POI, you can define the minimum distance between the instances of this PIO on the map. This affects how often the POI can appear on the map.

 
I suspect the heart of your issue is not the weight/bias of POI selection, but the nature of Tile selection as cities/towns are made. I'll bet the selections of Tiles being used in worlds favors those POIs.
