Is there a mod that randomly spawns cars and rocks?

I have a few players who wrench tons of cars and mine all the surface rocks/nodes. Is there a mod that will automatically spawn some back in? Thanks! Phoenix125.com

 
That mod I posted above creates respawnable boulders and cars, but does not place them. Is there a mod that will randomly place them or do i need to place them personally? Thanks again!

 
I know no way to place blocks in a running game randomly but following rules.

Simply give every player 20 Cars as blocks and ask them to place them on a immersive way on the map.

Thats the easyest sollution

(its better to place the cars and not the placeholder grass, because cars are multidim blocks)

Use the loot spawn block code that's inside prefabs, with air being like 99.9% chance of spawning, then use the block as biome decoration.

 
Thanks Royal Deluxe: that's exactly what I did. lol... and Guppycur... great idea!

Also, I didn't know it, but the above mods work with existing boulders and cars: My map is new enough that there are enough existing cars/boulders that can auto respawn.

Your best bet is to mark a region for reset and have a server mod reset those chunks to default. Since POIs are reset due to trader quests, folks shouldn't be using POIs as bases anymore on MP. Just restrict where they can build bases and keep that out of the reset zone.
