Is there a Mod that moves Perk Recipes into Crafting Skills?

Ex: Moves "Needle & Thread" Perk Recipes, into the "Armor" Crafting Skills.

Not that I know of, but I am sure I can mod something up for you.  I already removed the perk books from loot drops / trader inventories so that part of the code would already be done.
