PC Is the Medium Armor perk working correctly in 1.0?

I am not sure if this is just a display thing or a bug I should report but the Medium Armor perk does not seem to reduce the "stamina per s" penalty from medium armor.  When I look at the Extended Character Stats screen it shows it lowered be the entire amount of the Ranger Outfits -.56.  The mobility penalty does seem to be reduced correctly however.

It's just weak. I tried checking the xmls for some actual values, but the implementation is .. unreadable.

But basically, you have 10/s sta regen. Medium armor penalty drops that by 2 /s. The skill refunds 25% of that, which is 0.5 /s. By numbers are "from memory", probably off by some amount, but they'd be pretty close to your 0.56 .. :)

Thanks for the reply.  Here is the thing.  With no armor on it list "stamina /s" as 8.5.  The armor description says the stamina penalty is -.56.  After putting it on the stats now list "stamina /s" as 7.95.  8.5 - 7.95 = .55.  The difference could just be a rounding error.

I currently have level three of the Medium Armor perk which should reduce the penalty by 35%.  This should be changing it from .56 to .364.  So 8.5 - .364 = 8.136.

With all four pieces on the stamina penalty really adds up and the 35% reduction would be nice to have.

You got me a lil curious, so I hopped into a new game to test it out .. I'm on 22.0 (1.0 b336).

Without armor, stat sheet shows 8.5 / sec, like yours.

Adding a piece of biker or assassin armor take that down to 7.65 .. seven point SIX five. .85 reduction. And for the full 4 piece set, it goes down to 5.12 /s, still about .85 reduction per piece...

When running/jumping my stamina empty, and letting it recover, it recovers exactly as fast in either armor, and just as fast as naked.

Also one real quick test in miner outfit ... same recovery speed...

Soo, the whole thing doesn't actually seem to do anything in my game atm ... 😛
