Is it possible to play Alpha 1 in 2022?

I did manage to get games back to A5 using this info.





I don't think we can get past that for the reason that the earlier alphas were not on steam. I have not seen any way to get the earlier ones.

If someone does eventually find out how to get them I and others I am sure would appreciate a heads up but am not holding my breath.

 
I think I still have all the setup files for Alpha 1 - 4, but none of them work anymore as they require you to log in to a server that no longer exists. Of course, there's a way to bypass that *wink wink*... but I don't have that option.
