Is it possible to increase vehicle damage to blocks?

Im interested in this also, abd so far I have been told it can only be tweaked in unity file, not xml files.

How to do that I have no idea, but I would like to learn it since I have added an apc and other large vehicles that I would love to "plow through small wood buildings".
