Is it possible to change the download speed of the Server / Map Download?

As mentioned in the title, is it possible to change the speed of the Map download from a Server or set a Bandwidth Limit on the Server?

Its really slow and i know that my Server has much more Bandwidth available.

 
Not that I'm aware of. Mine pushes the data at up to 10Mbps per client. The biggest issue is that the initial map download can be sending around 1GB of data to a client.

The larger the RWG map is, the longer it will take. After the initial download it's not so bad.
