If you are a pro at simply avoiding the BM horde like a sissy, to where cranking up the difficulty to max doesn't do anything besides enable bragging rights: Boring.
If you are on normal difficulty on a community server tackling the BM horde head on: Boring. lots of people, lots of construction, not enough zombies to go around. Community server admins are responsible for managing the difficulty setting, so this will take some tuning.
If you are on normal difficulty with a friend or two tackling the horde head on: Pretty OK. You can hit the 'bottom' of the horde before dawn with a little bit of managed chaos. Grats, you won.
If you are on normal difficulty playing alone and tackling the horde head on: Hard and resource exhausting, but survivable. You never 'finish' the horde before dawn. You also don't get to dawn with any ammo in reserve. This isn't winning, but it's better gameplay than roof camping or 'BM Biking'.
