PC Inquiry before bug report

I was reading my way through the forum thread about magazines and their use, when one of the posters mentioned stacking them with the glasses buffs.

I havent seen the buff from any of the glasses working for myself or any team mates since we launched a new world in b208.

b199 they worked but needed resetting occasionally after spending perk points.

Now I'm wondering if its just us, we assumed they got accidentally broken by the update to 208.

Anyone elses glasses actually working?

 
There are a few items not working correctly.

I suspect we'll see a lot of those fixes in the next patch.

It's annoying though right?
