Thank you for reporting. I was able to reproduce the first issue with the text being too long and have written an internal ticket for it
For your second issue about the text not being translated, is that still an issue in the latest experimental? There was a bunch of localization updates recently so I think it should be fixed

Is that second image even vanilla? The vanilla buff only lasts through level 5, and there isn't Stress Resistance. Seems like that must be from a mod.
