Improved biome progression

A respond too @khzmusik post. And i respond too it as well.

The biomes would go as

  • Grassy Plain: 0 skulls, no biome hazards instead just rain and storms
  • Maple forest: 1/ skulls. Slightly warm and cold, but no really harsh storms
  • Oak forest: 1 skull, slightly warmer and more hostile Wildlife. Slightly harsh storms
  • Pine forest: 2/ skull, slightly colder more hostile Wildlife, snow can fall and causes issues..
  • Chaparral: 2 skulls: much hotter plains and forest, heat stroke is a problem and dust storms
  • Desert: 3 skulls very very hot and very cold at night. Sand storms and lighting storms
  • Snow: 4 skulls: extream cold at the day and deadly at night. Harsh snow storms and snow fall and hail can cause issues
  • Burnt forest: 5 skulls: very very hot and smoke insulation and other issues make life much harder, ash, toxic rain and ember storms.
  • Wasteland: 6 skulls: super deadly due to Radation but temperature isn't bad but ember storms, dust storms and Radation storms make like much harder
  • Desert Wasteland 7 skulls: stupid hot plus Radation, sand storms, Radation storms
  • Snowy Wasteland: stupid cold, Radation, snow storms and Radioactive snow storms
