PC I'm noticing my crafting timers resetting to a lower timer?

One minute im crafting 2000 mix at 30 minutes, then it goes up to 60 minutes + when I re-enter the mixer to check on it the timer has increased. Whats causing this? Is the crafting timer bugging out and not applying my intellect crafting speed increase?

Does me wearing nerdy glasses have something to do with it?

Yes, that is exactly what is happening. The glasses don't give you a point of intellect anymore. They only allow you to craft the next higher quality item and give an XP bonus. It is a known bug that they are working on.

Aaaah okay.

I thought they had fixed this.

Nerdy glasses are supposed to give you -10% crafting time, why would they stop working if I never unequip them? Oh well as long as they already know about it.

It really has nothing to do with the glasses. All of the crafting bonuses are not being applied. This only seems to happen to me when I leave the chunk though. I don't have time to sit around and babysit so it I get it all the time. It also leaves me doing a lot of burning at night.

This is in the known issues of the stable patch notes. A good place to check first if something weird is happening. And then if it's not noted in the known issues make a bug report in that thread.

There's lots of people who haven't read that and by posting it, it brings more information to many other people, you don't need to try and play moderator when you aren't one.

If I recall the procedure is to search for known bugs before "Posting" a new Bug thread. I don't think there is anything wrong with asking in "General Discussion" about something, also you get your information usually much faster this way than sifting through several bullet-ed patch notes.

Way to overreact to a polite suggestion.

he's not playing moderator. He's being a normal forum dweller that is tired of thread #10485873 about a known bug listed in patch notes :p don't be snotty because you missed it.

I don't have time to forum dwell and sift through tons of patch notes; and look for every little thing that's wrong with the game, my answer might

have been assertive but it wasn't snotty, he was playing moderator, and also patronizing me.

All he had to say was its a known bug and that's all the information we needed.
