Let me preface this by saying that I can do light mudding in the form of XML edits. In fact I have my own ammo disassembly mod on one of the mod sites for 1.0. I also have some personal mods on my server such as stacking water to 50, stacking ammo to 600, etc. So I do know my way around XML a little bit.
With that said, I have zero experience with Unity assets and incorporating them into a mod, let alone adding music to an object and making it interactable.
So I would like to commission a somewhat reputable mod maker (meaning someone who is known for mods) for one of two things:
1)Create for me a step by step video tutorial on how to add multiple songs to a single unity asset and export / import it into a mod, complete with any XML edits needed that will include interacting with the object to play music and localization editing, You do not need to include adding it to a loot table, as I can figure that out by looking at vanilla files.
-OR-
2)Create the mod for me and I will compensate you for your time. I will provide the necessary advance compensation for the few assets needed from the Unity store. (These are assets I have purchased myself for this reason but cannot share them unless I am willing to share my unity account, which I am not willing to do.) I will provide the necessary song files to include in each object, 5 to 8 per object, spanning from the 50's/60's up to current. There are assets for each decade in the form of a music player, such as a record player, old radio, mp3 player, cell phone, boom box, etc. You will then create the mod, including all files, put your name on the credits, and I will use the mod for my own server. I will not distribute the mod unless you okay it. The bonus of this method is you get to keep the assets for your own use from the Unity Store.
Disclaimer: Understand compensation is NOT for the mod itself, but for the time and effort and work that will go into either creating a tutorial so I can make my own or creating the mod itself. Compensation can be discussed.
The objects are as follows:
Tabletop Jukebox : 50's - 5 Songs
Vintage Style Radio: 60''s - 5 Songs
Old Style Record Player: 70's - 5 Songs
Boombox: 80's - 8 Songs
CD Jukebox: 90's - 8 Songs
Tablet (Looks like an iPod): 2000's - 8 Songs
Cellphone: 2010's - 8 Somgs
Tower Speaker: 2020's - 8 Songs
If this is not allowed, I apologize in advance.
Attached is one of the free assets I have found for use.
