PC I tried searching and failed how do I set the loot progression and feral sense?

Maybe I missed it but I thought that there was still going to be a loot progression slider and feral sense setting. I started a new game in Nav but did not see those setting offered.

I'm not aware of a loot progression slider, but the Feral Sense is right there in your game settings....
