Sure, though that's a really broad statement leaving lots of possibilities. For instance, I'm not sure if you mean RWG won't place them, or they won't load into the World Editor, or they won't load into the Prefab Editor. I can't tell what version of the game the Prefabs were made for, and more.
I'd be happy to look over the POIs and tell you all about them if you could arrange for me to get a copy of the files. I'm on Discord as ZZTong if that helps.
