PC i lost my character level and all my skills points

Hello, Today me and my friend went back to play 7 days to die we have a multiplayer world we used to play in it we are in day 311 but when i joined him i find that im in level 1 and have no skills and i spawn in random place in the map !!! im not the host of the world so after that a went to our "big House" lol but the surprise my bed is there and all my things is ok even the all our chest is ok but the another surprising thing is me who made all the chest so i locked them and put a password on every chest we have so that made them locked to my friend he can't open them sure he was know the password before but today when we joined he couldn't open any one but for me it's ok even when i lost my level and my skills i was like level 200 maybe ? and have over 5000 zombies kills so any one can help me with this problem " sorry if my english is not ok" i wish that will be a solution to my problem i spend around a year playing with my friend in that world

Seen this before. Are you on xbox, or ps4? Unfortunately, once you logged back on, any chance of recovery was lost, probably before you even noticed the problem. Even more unfortunate is the fact that there is no longer any support for the console version of the game other than what little support other players might be able to give. The rights to the console version were owned by a now defunct company. They have since been bought by a so far anonymous entity, and there is no sign the new owner has any interest in supporting this game.

If, on the other hand, you happen to be a pc player, you are still out of luck as TFP show little interest in fixing "Bugs" unless they can reliably reproduce them. Even then, they show more interest in making the game better fit whatever model they currently have in mind than fixing what they already have.

That being said, posting this problem with more details might get you some sort of answer. (Like system being used, game seed, game settings, how long were you away from game, etc.)

I have had this issue too, but it appears to be really random as to when it happens. iirc, it has something to do with the saved data for the non-host becoming corrupt on the host side. My friend and I play and get this issue randomly so when it happens we delete the old game and start a new one. We play ps4 and it seems to happen when one of us plays solo and then goes back to a multiplayer game. I noticed if I only play multiplayer with my friend hosting we have this issue much less.

You should post in the bug forum, but I wouldn’t hold my breathe for it to get fixed. With the lack of communication from the new owner of the console code I don’t see them doing anything to fix this issue. I hope I am wrong, but with zero communication from anyone I don’t see how I am wrong.

It looks like it may have been the view menu from the error trace, but I cant tell which one or what you were doing to get it in that bad state.
