PC I like the Frozen biome the best because of the weather.

Yes, the weather sucks. It's either snow or rain and either one is gloomy and depressing but it beats the others that don't have any. Maybe there's some sort of weather in the burnt biome but I barely notice it. I forget if is either a 16 or a 17 that had weather in the forest biome. That's gone now

Yup to me it's the most atmospheric of the Biomes. Super pretty too. I agree the rest of the biomes need more "moodiness".
