Add a modification to the vehicle to increase cargo capacity and add other modifiers to the remaining slots.
In the vehicle inventory, leave the last row with the material you want to duplicate, and then fill the entire vehicle inventory; the inventory should be full.
Now, go back to the modifier slots and drag a modification to the vehicle's inventory increase modifier and drop it.
The inventory increase modifier will be ejected from the slot; then, place the inventory modifier inside the vehicle's inventory.
Doing this will cause a server error, and the vehicle will eject the last row of the inventory.
If you exit the vehicle inventory and enter again, an error will occur, and another bag will be dropped with the materials from the last row of the vehicle's inventory.
