If new game does not fix it, delete save files. If still not fixed, reinstall game.

Spider already told you, several times, that this is a known bug with 16.2. If your maxlife goes too low, the zombies think you are dead. Reloading sometimes fixes it. Sometimes doesn't. There is no fix. If your maxlife drops below 50, you are best off just starting a new game. Spider also told you how to turn off DeadisDead, so your wellness never goes that low.
