where do i submit the repaired POI  Zipped files pack.
You probably don't.  It's unlikely they accept fixes from the community.  And it's likely that they have already worked on the fix and it'll be there in 2.0.

If you want to make it available as a mod/POI for people to use, I *think* it's okay to do even though it's their POI, but you probably should wait for verification on that.  If it's okay, you can make it available in the Mods > Prefabs section of the forum or on a place like Nexus.

I'm not sure; that's an unusual workflow. Perhaps make a bug report and attach the ZIP there?

Can you describe in detail what was changed? Other than the XML file, there's not a good way to DIFF what you submit in a ZIP.

i reworked the vents in the gym ceiling so the zombies fall properly and i adjusted Slightly the trigger cell on the roof so the whole dang roof dont fire off all at once, and i made sure to check for any zombies that would spawn in a wall or some other odd place. and i adjusted very slightly the trigger zone in front of the restrooms close to the end loot.  and we play  tested it and tested it on a server and it is WAY better ,. Everyone who ran it with us says so.

 
I am assuming you are on PC but are you on Steam or any of the MS platforms? The latter seems to be not always as up to date as possible.
1.4 is now available on the PC version from the Windows Store. I think it got updated on Thursday or Friday.

I think you should probably contact @Laz Man for this.

 
Another issue is whether they added the new 2.0 features to Grover High or not. They did go through a lot of the larger POIs and reworked them using the new 1x1 crawl out zombie spawning space. If Grover High was one of those then your version of Grover High will be different than their current version of Grover High. 

@Laz Man should be along when he notices this thread.

There was an issue with the spawning.  Sometimes the game would not properly spawn in entities so you couldn't complete clear type quests.

I'm pretty sure they intended to roof to attack at once.  It's part of the challenge.  Note that "fixing" a POI would involve fixing actual bugs.  If you are just changing it to fit your own preferences, regardless if others you play with prefer it also, that isn't a fix.  It's just a change.  If you feel a change would be beneficial, you can post it as a suggestion in Pimp Dreams and they might consider what you have to say about it.  Keep in mind that other people may prefer it as it is.  For example, I like all the zombies attacking at once and other than the period of time where it was bugged and couldn't be completed, I've completed it many times and it worked great as it was.

 
Note that "fixing" a POI would involve fixing actual bugs.


I agree with you about the roof--having them all come at once is a @%$#ing blast, especially in Infestation mode. The gym ceiling fix sounds nice to have, though. Sometimes the zombies in the gym ceiling vents don't fall out. When that happens they just stand up there and hiss, but don't even bother to berserk mode. It's kind of obnoxious. Doesn't stop you from completing the POI (you can snipe them, nerd pole to them, dig down to them). But dealing with them isn't any kind of fun or exciting.

That's useful information. I'm sure TFP would like to know. I'll tag @Laz Man and if he thinks so I'm sure he'll take it into account or pass the info on to the designer who works on that POI. Of course, they may have other plans for that POI and go a different direction, but it's still good information.

Yeah that POI ie having 50 million zeds attack on the roof is definitely a blast; and even when i'm just passing by on the street, looting nearby and whispering (quietly) i sometimes want them to notice i'm there and come down and attack en masse

I appreciate the help but I think we are good for now.  I think code found and fixed some more bugs in relation to the trigger system and the designer for that POI has also reworked the sleeper setups in that POI as well for 2.0.  Last I checked QA could no longer break the quest anymore but can double check today.  Regardless, thanks for reaching out.

thank you for responding.  i have also created several POI's that people love . i  will submit them soon . where would be the Best place to submit those ?   I look forward to seeing how they fixed Grover as opposed to how i did it.   it wasnt for my own preferences, it was just acting different every time and the zombies just would not fall or spawn in or finding the last ones was impossible sometimes.  just random strange behavior as opposed to before when it worked normally.

I'm not aware of TFP accepting submitted POIs, so I'll be curious to see how they respond.
