I am missing something

Anyone care to help me one step at a time "wipe" my A-19 game and download the new A-20? The reason I ask is because I CAN'T figure it out after spending over an hour on Steam clicking on every link that I thought might help me.

Yeah, uhh...You may want to update that since A20 is no longer experimental.
