Huge FPS Drops and Freeze when flicking the mouse

Hello Guys,

So i have this issues since this morning, at first i thought it was maybe a mod causing it so i removed all of them and nothing changed.

I get a stable 75-100 fps but when i flick too fast the game freeze for anywhere between 1-5 seconds and FPS drops to like 5 and get back up to 100. it getting really annoying and making it almost unplayable in a POI with Zombies...

 
This just happen too... When i ADS with my scoped rifle the game stutter horribly and when i ADS out it freeze aswell for a couple seconds. It horrible
