3. These yellow warnings are perfectly safe. These warnings are because of invulnerability mechanism (endless loop of downgrading to itself).

2. If you don't want "special_things_99_nsfw" just delete the folder named "special_things_99_nsfw", it is in Mods folder in the game installation folder.
