HP bar for zombies

I saw a YouTube video of a streamer who had a mod that let him see a hit bar for zombies after the zombie was injured. I've tried looking for it here and can not seem to find it. Can anyone please help me?

 
Hey that is it! Thank you! I swear I tried looking here for about half an hour searching through so many mods. I'm either blind or dumb. God I hope I just need glasses cause I start college in January and can't afford to be dumb lol Thank you again!
