Windows How to get specific old version?

For some mods I need to install concrete version of the game. For example, v1.3 b8.
Since last few weeks there is no way to get 1.0-1.3 versions already, but I have a copy on my disc of 1.3 b9 version, but it is incompatible with a mod I want to launch.

So is there a way to get concrete betas of older versions?
 
No. For current version they usually keep minor versions but definitely not all builds. For n-1 or earlier you can only download the final version. There is a limit on the amount of previous versions that they can offer via steam.

It is possible. But, unfortunately, there is only info about b21 and older versions. But maybe there is a version history, at least.
