how to change forum colors

Hello, the forums here are this crimson red color that kills my eyes. I can only look at them for a few minutes at a time before I have to leave. Is there a way to change the overall colors of the forums? I tried in settings, cant find it there. I know there is an editor for individual posts, but I'm looking for a way to change the colors on the entire forum so that when I come here it's always the same.

There are settings in your browser options to change colors. You may find something there that helps.
