PC How i fixed my performence problem

I read a long time ago you should play on your native resolution, meaning whatever your computer is set at. I play on 2560x1440. Yes some lag but usually getting 50-70 fps. Just go into the game and cut back on the settings a bit first before changing your resolution.

I don't get it. I updated to 17 and turned Trees up to high and Textures up, and the game runs better than 16.4 on my rig. It might be wise to go through and toggle one option at a time to find out what is slowing you down.
