PC How do you make dye..

Okay so i have a chemistry station, plenty of chips, lots of oil and lots of paint and my crafting stats are maxed out. So how do you make dye?. I have tried everything and nothing is working. I just don't have a craft button when using the chemistry station. Any help?

AFAIK, dye is not craftable. It must be found.

Chips? What do you mean chips? Am i missing a joke here?

Its listed as a recipe. 1 x Oil, 1 x paint, 1500 casino chips / tokens etc just not able to actually craft it

As the above poster asked - what MODS do you have. This is not a vanilla recipe.
